The purpose for this blog is to tell stories. My kids always want me to tell them stories of when I was a little girl. The truth is I can't remember many of them and they aren't the best ones either. I hope by recording these moments, they will have stories to tell their children.
While I was sitting in church last Sunday, our pastor said, 'People who used to be looking where to take their next vacation are now looking for their next meal." It struck a cord in me because this is how we are living. We are trusting God to provide for all of our needs. He always provides for our family and I am so grateful for that. In fact, it has made me more thankful. Having less, being thankful for more. I don't want to miss a single blessing so I will be looking always for them throughout my day.
